What is the capacity at Pier Court?
We can host up to 90 guests for a seated meal and up to 200 guests for a standing reception/ event.
What is your policy for under 18s at an event?
Due to licensing restrictions, under 18s must leave the premises by 10pm.
Is Pier Court wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have ramp access from street level and an accessible WC. Please note, unfortunately our apartments are not currently wheelchair accessible.
Do you provide baby change facilities and high chairs?
We have baby change facilities available but do not hold high chairs on site. We can advise where to hire them from for your event if needed.
Do you allow outside catering? Can I provide my own?
We’ve been working closely with our in-house catering team for several years and are confident they can provide the cuisine and style you’re looking for. Additional items like cake and dessert tables or sides/ salads for your evening pizza bar can be provided by you at no extra cost. Find out more about our catering team!
Do you cater for vegan/ special dietary requirements?
Absolutely. Please enquire for more details.
Do you allow dogs?
Yes! Well behaved furry friends are always welcome.
Are there shaded areas on the terrace?
We have a canopy that extends above approximately ⅓ of the terrace to provide extra shade for hot days. This can also be used as cover when it’s raining (although this is dependent on the strength of the wind).
Can we have live music?
Yes. Your band will need to provide their own PA equipment and setup. Please enquire for more details.
Are you licensed for legal wedding ceremonies?
Whilst you are welcome to hold your non-legal / celebrant-led wedding ceremony with us, we do not currently have a licence for legal ceremonies. A lot of our couples opt to hold their ceremony at Brighton Town Hall before heading over to us for their wedding reception!

Do you offer late night extensions?
Yes. At weekends we can extend the length of your hire up until 2am for an additional fee. Please enquire for more details.
